3 Steps to Project Start

1. We meet

We meet in your space, and spend time getting to know you, your vision, goals, and how we’ll deliver on them, project budget and brief site tour if different from the meeting place.

2. We Create a Design Brief

Based on your objectives, requirements and budget, we produce a design brief which sets out the scope of work, deliverables, timelines and milestones. This brief will be updated throughout the project as needed and agreed to.

3.We start your journey from design to approvals

To make it all a reality, we start with a detailed site visit to record and observe existing conditions and thereafter begin the development of council planning approval document packages appropriate for the project, such as 

Development Application [DA], Complying Development Certificate [CDC], and Construction Certificate [CC]
